Maria is a mother of three school aged children and thought about their mental health the minute schools were closed back in March 2020 due to Covid-19. How would being pulled out of their classroom, away from their friends and teachers affect them?
With so many unknowns, Maria offered classes that focused on positive character traits and social skills. Both tools that will build kids up and tap into their mental well being. With over 20 years in education and 10 popular books in the world (both picture books and parenting) Maria found the Sunny Side Homeschool to be the silver lining during a worldwide pandemic. A place where children found positivity and learned how they handle situations that are less than ideal.

Each lesson begins at 2pm EST and lasts thirty minutes. The classes will take place on Zoom, where Maria has mastered classroom management by turning the chat and Q&A off DURING teaching and allowing time for those interactions before and at the end of class. Your child(ren) will be up and out of their seat for a brain break during each class to provide the optimal digital learning environment!
